Return/Refund/Exchange Policies

Each Guided product is handcrafted with care from the finest fabrics available. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and stand behind every product we make. Since our collection is handcrafted, there may be discrepancies, from time to time, in color, stitching, and logo placement. We strive our best to deliver an impeccable product, but we also understand humans are capable of making mistakes. If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, please let us know immediately so that we can make it right.

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from the day your order is fulfilled to request a return/exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, liners (where applicable), and in its original packaging. Once your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund based on all requirements being met. If you would rather not purchase a replacement, and don't mind waiting a few days, great! We will process your exchange in the order it was received. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved, or if not, why. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special orders, limited editions, or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
